How to Submit
The new EEO-1 Component 1 Online Filing System offers two options for submitting 2019 and 2020 data. Filers can enter data into a secure web portal directly or upload data files. The Online Filing System has been updated to improve usability and system functionality. Data elements and features are consistent with past EEO-1 data collections. The EEO-1 Component 1 Online Filing System is available from April 26, 2021 until October 25, 2021. Filers can create a user account with the Company ID and Passcode, provided via postal letter for previous filers or at registration for new filers.

Single Establishment Employers
Single Establishment employers operate and conduct business at a single physical location. Single-establishment companies are only required to submit one EEO-1 data record/report.
Multi-Establishment employers operate and conduct business at two or more physical addresses. Multi-establishment companies are required to submit a) a separate report for the headquarters, b) a separate report for each establishment of the company with 50 or more employees, c) a separate report for each establishment with fewer than 50 employees, and d) a consolidated report that includes all employees.
