The EEO-3 Filer Support Team is available to respond to filer inquiries.
New for the 2022 EEO-3 Data Collection: Filer Support Team Message Center
Beginning with the 2022 EEO-3 data collection, all filer inquiries must be submitted through the new Filer Support Team Message Center. To submit an inquiry to the Message Center, you must log in to the EEO-3 Online Filing System (OFS).
If you do not have an existing OFS user account, you must create one by selecting “Create an Account.”
If you do have an existing OFS user account, you can log in to the EEO-3 OFS using your email address and password. Please note that you may be prompted to change your password when you log in.
The Message Center improves the filer experience by allowing users to communicate securely with the Filer Support Team and access tailored self-service resources for common issues. Additionally, filers can monitor the progress of open support inquiries and reference historic communications with the Filer Support Team at any time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your email contact list to ensure important EEO-3 communications are not blocked or sent to spam due to your IT/Systems configurations.
