Contacting the EEO-1 Component 1 Filer Support Team

The EEO-1 Component 1 online Filer Support Message Center (i.e., filer help desk) is available to assist filers with any questions they may have regarding the 2023 collection. Individuals must use the Message Center to receive assistance with any 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 questions. The Message Center is available once logged into the EEO-1 Component 1 Online Filing System (OFS) using the instructions below.

Accessing the EEO-1 Component 1 Online Filing System (OFS)

  • Returning Account Holders: Returning account holders may sign into the OFS by visiting www.eeocdata.org/eeo1/signin and entering the email address and password used when last logging into the OFS. Account holders may be prompted to reset their password before proceeding. Account holders who do not know their password should select “Forgot Password.”
  • New Account Holders: New account holders will be required to create an individual user account associated with their email address to access the OFS. This can be done by visiting www.eeocdata.org/eeo1/signin and selecting “Create an Account.”
  • Unable to Access or Create Account: Individuals experiencing difficulty accessing their existing account or creating a new account may use the Account Issues Form to receive assistance from the Filer Support Team.  


The EEO-1 Component 1 Filer Support Team is available Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 8:00PM EST to assist filers with any questions they may have regarding the 2023 collection.
